Manifestation is a powerful tool that many swear by for building their dream life. In fact, I used to be one of them! (Back in the day when I was disciplined and actually set time aside for manifesting . . . alas, full-time work has a way of sucking the motivation out of me.)
However, something I’ve never tried is manifestation crystals. Which is crazy – I absolutely love crystals and manifestation. Why not combine the two?

What Is Manifestation?
I’m stealing my definition from my scripting manifestation post for this!
In simple terms, manifesting is focusing your energy and intentions towards a specific goal and, through the power of your thoughts, attracting that into your life.
You can get as spiritual as you like around it; delve into energy or the universe. Whatever you believe! However, I’m somewhat more of a cynic and believe in manifestation more in the psychological sense.
Psychology Today’s article about manifestation has a passage that summarises my feelings towards it almost perfectly:
Research by Dr. Carol Dweck clearly shows that believing you can do something makes it more likely that you’ll successfully do it. That means that our beliefs about our ability to learn, grow, and succeed—our growth mindset—can indeed affect whether we effectively manifest what we desire.
Importantly, this research suggests that if we truly believe we can achieve something, we are willing to do the hard work to achieve it. This is in contrast to law-of-attraction style manifestation which suggests that belief alone is enough to bring about manifestation. Ultimately, the science suggests that our beliefs bring about behaviors (and responses from others) that lead to the outcomes we desire.

I don’t necessarily believe in “the universe looking out for me” – but I strongly believe in the power of sitting down, focusing on a desire, and channeling my energy into it. Personally, physical touchstones of this also help the manifestation stick in my brain – and remind me of my goals day-to-day. Hence, the interest in crystals!

Amethyst is touted to be, quite literally, a healing stone. Its properties are geared towards helping you heal from grief, breakups, anger, pain (so all the fun stuff!) and allow you to be tranquil. Its name comes from the Greek word ‘améthystos‘ and the translation is literally “not intoxicated”.

Another area in life that I think most of us would like to improve is finances. (I know I sure would!) House prices and the general cost of living is exponentially rising . . . but it doesn’t seem like our wages are.
