Welcome to part 2 of my series where I attempt to build the perfect planner for content creators! If you missed part one, check it out here – I shared my first two workbooks for ‘Content Ideas’ and ‘Scheduling & Planning’.
Hello, friends – I am beyond excited to share my latest content creator planner bundle with you all! This drop has not one, not two, but three useful workbooks you can either use as digital planners or print and add to a physical journal.
Today, we’re going to be touring:
- Foundations Workbook
- Big Project Planner Workbook
- Goal Setting & Tracking Workbook
Recap: In the first entry to this series, we covered the basics. Workbook 1 was dedicated to content idea generation. Workbook 2 was for planning and scheduling with a yearly, monthly, weekly and daily planner to help you plan your to-dos and content.

Want a sneak peek at how I use my current planner pages?
And a sneak peek at today’s bundle?
But, without further ado, let’s jump into the new additions!
1. Foundations Workbook
The first addition is a useful workbook for new creators – or creators looking to refine and elevate their existing brand.
Page-by-page breakdown:
- Planner cover
- The big goal page – Space for you to list your why! My big goal is ‘to turn my creativity into my job‘.
- Brand board – This handy page is designed to help you establish your branding with guided sections and prompts.
- Content pillars – Define the key categories you want to create content within – and then head to your content ideas workbook and fill it up!
- Target audience page – Who are you making content for? What do they like? What are their pain points? Knowing this will help you create useful and engaging content – and should inform decisions you make when developing your strategy.
- The foundations checklist (items already added) – When you’re first building a brand, there are helpful steps to take, like starting a website and joining affiliate programs. The foundations checklist has some of these useful tips already listed for you to work through – and space for you add your own to-dos!

2. Big Projects Workbook
As a creator who dabbles in the DIY space and makes my own digital products (like this series!), when I was conceptualizing my dream planner, I knew it needed a section for planning big projects.
Page-by-page breakdown:
- Planner cover
- Project overview page – For you to add the basic details of the project you’re planning.
- Inspiration board page – Add your project’s visual inspiration pictures
- Project organiser – This page is for the nitty gritty of your project plan; it has space for a more in-depth project description, an action plan, objectives and general notes.
- Resource list – If you need resources for your project, this is the place to note them down!
- To-do list – Exactly what it says on the tin – a page dedicated to your project’s task list.
3. Goal Setting & Tracking Workbook
Now, if you’re doing all this hard work, you need to know that it’s paying off – and the way to do that is to set goals and measure how successfully you’ve hit them. This workbook is designed to be your best friend for that. Let’s take a peek inside!
Page-by-page breakdown:
- Planner cover
- Follower tracker – An easy place for you to track your follower count per platform
- SMART Goals – This page explains the ‘SMART’ method for setting goals to help you as you complete the rest of this workbook
- Goal Tracker (List) – A page for you to note down your goals with deadlines
- Goal Deep Dive – For bigger goals, this page is more of a breakdown with action steps, strategy and motivation sections!
- Monthly Goals – The next two pages are a 12-month monthly goal layout.
- Monthly Goals (Contd)
- What’s Working Vs Not? – It’s important to regularly review your content and performance so you can capitalize on what’s working and phase out what isn’t. This page helps you clearly work out where to spend your time!
- Experiments & Results – You’ll likely go through some experimentation to figure out what works best for you and your audience. This page allows you to add month-long experiments and their results to help you refine your strategy.
And that’s it for this drop! I hope you found these worksheets helpful. If you want to try them yourself, make sure to head over to my Etsy and download them!
